ข้อกำหนดการใช้งานนี้ ("ข้อกำหนด") ควบคุมการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันของ SiriSag (dhammabox และ สวดพระปาฏิโมกข์) โดยการใช้แอปพลิเคชันของเรา แสดงว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiriSag applications (dhammabox and Patimokkha Recitation). By using our applications, you agree to these Terms.

By installing or using our applications you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the applications immediately.

2. Intended Use

แอปพลิเคชันของเราจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อการศึกษาและเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา รวมถึงเนื้อหาธรรมะ เพลงสวด และการปฏิบัติธรรม คุณควรใช้แอปพลิเคชันอย่างถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย และไม่ควรนำไปใช้ในทางที่ผิดหรือละเมิดสิทธิของผู้อื่น

Our applications are provided for the study and dissemination of Buddhism, including Dhamma talks, chanting and spiritual practice. You should use the applications lawfully and must not misuse them or infringe the rights of others.

Some features require signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for the security of your account, and your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Content you upload (such as audio files or chants) belongs to you. You are responsible for such content and warrant that you have the right to upload it. Uploading unlawful or infringing content may result in suspension of your account.

แอปพลิเคชัน ซอฟต์แวร์ และเนื้อหาที่เราให้มานั้นเป็นของ SiriSag หรือผู้ได้รับอนุญาต คุณไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์ในการคัดลอก ดัดแปลง หรือแจกจ่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

The applications, software and content we provide are owned by SiriSag or its licensors. You are not granted permission to copy, modify or redistribute them without authorization.

6. การไม่รับประกันและการจำกัดความรับผิด

6. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

เราให้แอปพลิเคชัน "ตามสภาพ" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ เราจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายโดยตรงหรือโดยอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้แอปพลิเคชันได้ เว้นแต่ที่กฎหมายกำหนด

We provide the applications "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the applications, except as required by law.

บางแอปพลิเคชันอาจแสดงโฆษณาผ่านบริการบุคคลที่สาม เช่น Google AdMob (ดูรายละเอียดในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของแต่ละแอป) โฆษณาเหล่านี้อยู่ภายใต้ข้อกำหนดของบุคคลที่สามนั้น

Some applications may display ads via third-party services such as Google AdMob (see each app's Privacy Policy). Such ads are governed by those third parties' terms.

เราอาจปรับปรุงข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราว การเปลี่ยนแปลงจะมีผลทันทีเมื่อเผยแพร่บนหน้านี้ การใช้แอปพลิเคชันต่อไปหลังการเปลี่ยนแปลงถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดใหม่

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Thailand.
